About Elizabeth
A Career Built on Connection
For nearly three decades, I've dedicated my career to one purpose: creating environments where seniors thrive. From skilled nursing facilities to memory care communities, I've seen firsthand how meaningful activities transform residents' lives.
I blend activity-planning expertise with a strong customer-service mindset, ensuring every resident feels seen, valued, and engaged. My background in dementia-friendly programming, staff leadership, and community outreach helps create uplifting environments where residents stay connected and families feel supported.
Now I'm bringing that experience to the Quad Cities, offering independent programming services to senior living facilities across Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, Bettendorf, and the surrounding communities.
What I Believe
These principles guide everything I do — from designing a single afternoon activity to building an entire department's programming calendar.
Every Resident Matters
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and engaged — regardless of their cognitive or physical abilities.
Connection is Everything
The best activities create bonds — between residents, between residents and staff, and between facilities and families.
Excellence in Care
27 years of experience means I know what works. I bring proven approaches, fresh ideas, and genuine passion to every program.
